In this video I filmed from start to finish as I repaired the door sill on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg. This is by no means the “right way” to do the job. The only way to completely remove rust is to cut it out and weld in a replacement piece of steel. This video is for those of you who are sick of looking at a rust spot on your car and don’t want to spend the money at a professional auto body repair shop. u did a good job. sandly u left the rust inside. you should remove the rust compleatly. all tiny holes should be filled with some chemicals. it will come back sooner or later.
