    if i sandblast or strip something … i always epoxy 2 light coats . Black or white ….. Then 2k prime 2-4 coats … 80/180 grit And if u see white or black its time to stop sanding and add filler.

    Restorations only …. this does not apply to scratch and dent repair.

    Primer. Over substrate. Surfacer fill and build surface and fill porosity to be blocked down. Then preferably sealed over before painting. There are some hybrids bit compromise is made with them.

    So it is actually a primer sealer. But not a primer surfacer.

    Sand(able) high build epoxy primers do exist. Your point is do not sand epoxy sealers. Love this channel.
