Well done man. The repair really is invisible. No one would ever know. Thanks for sharing.

Admittedly, I did not view 100% of this video but I am 99% sure of the following… I was going to advise you to put in your video tags "3M Leather Repair Kit" etc as this was ALMOST very helpful (and not many videos pop up like yours if you search the 3m phrase… but then I realized (correct me if I am wrong) that you totally left out the heat curing part of the process that (in my understanding) is crucial to the adhesive bonding in the long term. Additionally, you never even mention it… but still, you are holding the tool to do so in your hand near the end of the video. Additionally, the product directions clearly state to give adhesive AT LEAST 4 HOURS to cure before dying. I am 99% sure you totally skipped the waiting for the curing process and just died the leather immediately (which is totally fine) but you should at least mention that you skipped the curing part of the instructions… you never mentioned this. I am almost certain that this was unintentional on your part, but this is worse than not actually posting a video because it is akin to misleading viewers with the WRONG DIRECTIONS! It would be great if you at a minimum did an overlay onto the video stating that you left these parts off and also listed it in the video notes.
