If i don't have the flex additive can i prep the plastic with something like bulldog then soray my primer?
Help. I have a pre primered abs bumper from ebay and the primer that is on there i dont trust and its not fully covering everything. Can i sand it down some and still spray adhesion promoter on there and then primer? Thanks
