A drill with a countersink bit or 45° router bit would be way faster and easier

Could you apply this to spider cracks as a permanent way to seal them? (It's an older boat project)

I have a vehicle that had the handle torn out by the previous owner. I know welding is the way to go but do not have a welder. The metal is so thin it would need to be reinforced along with welding. Is there no other way? I know that's a weird video request…

    Great video Brian!
Could I use this epoxy to blend a little from a steel quarter panel to a carbon fiber overfender's edge? Built a four layer 3k CF panel and bonded it with 3m panel bond. Now have a 3mm hard edge that I'd like to smooth a little with a product that won't shrink with time.

I'll prime and paint the CF panel too so feathering into the steel is possible with whatever product you'd recommend. Thanks!

I'm glad you did this video because I've got some repair work I need to do on mine and it also doubles as a checklist for the things that I need!

Thanks Brian, this really helps. I need to do this for both the RSX and the Integra, was contemplating welding..

Awesome Video. Would you have any other tips you would suggest if I were to follow these steps to fill in a few holes where a Kia Emblem used to be on the back of a Kia Stinger? I plan on removing the rear emblem and replacing it with something else, but the new letters won't cover the holes! Thanks!

Yesss I love ur videos Brian, feel like we been needing more body work videos with repairing holes in metal ,plastic , fiberglass, etc

Brian, Thanks for all the great mentorship. I have a 2016 GT350 with some pretty good rock chip damage to the hood and front bumper. When sanding and smoothing out all the curbed surface areas (for example the hood vent area), what's the best technique to get a nice leveled out finish.
