shame about the chav headlights, had a few E36 over the years, first thing I would do is replace the cooling system all the plastics on it go bad and crumble , also in places like the UK always seen to be changing the front ball joints / bushings if you go for anything above a 16" rim. Shame the fuel here is dearer than than the US otherwise id still be driving one
