Wow! Did he really say 14 years old?
finally rebuilding the engine in my 2010 forester XT with 243k miles…….trans is still original, and the 4EAT is not weak by any means………I regularly did AWD burnouts(stall up against the converter and build 10psi of boost, let off the brakes and watch the traction light flash on the dash) never had a hard shift or slip…….fluid has never smelled burnt either
Did I miss something? Did you actually buy this Subaru wagon yourself, or didn't you say that it belongs to a doctor who hardly drives it? I'm assuming it was just in your driveway to be serviced by you.
My wife has a Subaru, we live in New England great car in the snow! Her's only has the 4 cyl. so it's slow but are speed demon days are long gone, Lol. Scotty, you keep saying you don't like Subaru's but then you talk about how good they are the whole video bro! You must think there decent…
I owned a Subaru Legacy gt. 2.5l b4 with a turbo. I absolutely put that thing through hell and it never gave me any problems. Not a single problem.
Scotty why are I obsessed with transmissions I've never ever had a problem with transmissions
My outback has 270K …love it !!
Great car
It'll still go 140 but only for a short period of time. Lmao Scotty!
I have 2000 Impreza 2.5rs with 319,000 miles. Just rebuilt the motor. 5 speed is still holding up. I don’t mind replacing the timing belt every 100,000 cause they are easy to work on.
my old lady drove her 2001 legacy wagon for 275k before any head gasket problems. Best four wheel for the money ! Even though low to the ground compared to the Outback, it never got stuck in snow, even when our area in WV got 2 ft.
