Mr Subaru, my forester is about 10 years old. Could you make a video on diagnosing common problems at the 10 year mark? Or, what preventive maintenance to make on a decade old Subaru?
There exists some nice opensource alternatives, which work with a 10$ adapter:
– FreeSSM, very good for older cars but lacks newer features like CVT diagnostic
– RombRaider, also for new Subarus
I bought the Zeus Monday coming from the modis edge. So far I’m very happy with the zeus. Couldn’t justify the price of the plus

How about those Honking BIG Screen 11 in. Plasma TVs they re making everybody buy in their 2024s..
They would make a good Big Screen OBD Tool wouldn't they ?. . . if Subaru would make it possible ? . . . you know that's never going to happen.
The ECU and everything else is right there . . . RU would just need to just make the coonection and add the software and Waaa La.

Mr. Subaru I have watched several of your videos recently, however not come across any which state your Mechanics Qualifications or experience. Your coveralls look great but are you a genuinely qualified Subaru Mechanic ? Would really be interested in your reply.
Hey MrSubaru1387 long long time follower and have had many talks before, I was wondering what that online manual was you had given me years ago was? It had all Subarus just put in the year and model and it gave you every torque spec and outline for every part of the car, thank you for all you do your a real blessing for when I'm in a pinch 👍
