Just curious. What you’ve read sounds like it only applies to personally owned private property. I wonder if that means it’s okay for you do all those prohibited actions on public property, like a public park parking lot. From what you read it only addresses prohibitions on private property; says nothing about the inclusion of public property. Maybe an ‘oops’ loop hole in the law to take advantage of & show the county officials who approved it to be the stupid a-holes they seem to be! Just say-in.
