Bought my 1999 silverado after the GM strike. Equipped with 5.3L and really great tranny and it pulled a 8200# fifth wheel trailer for 4 years. Still runs great, no fluid leaks of any kind, but it needs a paint job as it has NEVER been garaged. I might have it painted…as there is no rust or exposed primer yet…cloth seats and they are not even worn out any place. Glad I got the LS model instead of the LT with leather seats!
