This is a simple RAM Promaster 3500 Van car repair video showing how to charge the battery that starts the engine. The battery for the van is located inside the van under the driver front seat floor. So to charge the van or to jump start it you need to access this panel. It is a simple process to open the 6 locking tabs and lift up the big plastic cover. Then remove the protective cover on the Red or positive terminal and access the battery posts.
