    I would think this procedure to be acceptable for repairing a small part of bumper cover that has broken off entirely, as long as the part that broke off is available. Can you use that stuff to fill in a small gouge?

    Tube of 142 Fusor and spray can of their surface modifier – best stuff you can buy for any plastic repair. It's never failed me in 20 years – your welcome.
