Is it a good idea to have a professional mechanic perform a decarbonization at 100k miles as part of good preventative maintenance?

Tesla drivers can't drive properly to save their lives. Take a look at the wheels at least half of Tesla drivers have curbed wheels

Hey I got an automatic 2004 Volvo S60 2.5t that's been ran into the dirt at 105k miles. Driven by a kid in the countryside. The interior is destroyed so I'm assuming he didn't do maintenance. I do know the transmission was rebuilt at some point which gives me some peace of mind. I'll do the pcv glove test on it tomorrow when I tow to the shop to have the radiator done.(he hit a raccoon he said) I gotta put cheap Walmart tires on it and drive it hundreds of miles a week back and forth to work. Want to make sure this lasts me some years. $600 bucks for this car so it was a deal. I know old volvos are reliable if you do the maintenance. What should I look out for?

A car with manual transmission is worth to keep it running for ever.
