Breaking News video is a great idea.
Building new infrastructure is made more expensive and takes longer than it used to because of the increase in regulations. But, if you deregulate in order to build new infrastructure then you incur the wrath of NIMBYism which will lead to you being thrown out of office. Rock meet hard place.

If the American people want affordable electric cars they have to be made over seas. If you want "made in America" than be prepared to pay a high premium for that. Damned if you do, damned if you don't, you always get people complaining on both sides.

and to think elon musk got money from the government to start this tesla business, if the gov wants to invest in the electric cars, why not have to same treatment for hydrogen fuel cell cars. i happen to think they would be better, at least japan is doing that, it would be interesting the see the japanese perfect the infrastructure for the hydrogen fuel cell cars and be ahead of america in the car business,
