It's not going to work, and besides, the electricity that will be needed to charge these things is not "clean," so they are basically accomplishing nothing with this except to cause huge headaches.
WTF is with all these damn regulations and market meddling? I don't get why most Americans don't see and vote accordingly to understand regulations and taxation, especially to the degrees we have reached today are NOT good for you, nor our country. It makes EVERYTHING more complicated and expensive.
I'll never buy or drive one and God help anyone who tells me I cannot drive because of that.
