Orange! anything that color makes me queasy. When I was a freshman I ask my parents for a ski jacket for Christmas. Everyone was wearing them. Brown, blue, tan, black & green. I opened my gift and there was the brightest orange article of clothing you ever saw. I stuck out like the proverbial sore thumb. After a full day of ridicule the jacket lived in my locker until summer vacation.
40+ years there is nothing orange in my closet or house.
Of course I never mentioned it to my parents. They did the best they could for my siblings and I.
