Hey Pete, i've had prolems with a seam alongside my trunk. A previous shop applied what it seemed to be silicone in the seam, and so the paint cracked, then the water was getting underneath rotting away. I've sanded as much as i could, spray rust reformer, then primer/sealer, bondo the seam, primer/sealer again, then paint. Do you think i did a decent job, or was a seam sealer necesary?
