2 Toyota tundras have made it over 1 million miles. no Toyota Corolla has done that. Chevys v8 platform has done it 6 times ford v8 platforms have made it 4 times. the proof is in the pudding. only 1 Honda ever did that a inline 6 accord. problem is people buy for efficientcy and will last 250k-300k. not just for pure quality of what lasts forever. and its not just the older Chevy a 2008 Chevy Silverado and a 2012 Chevy tahoe did it on the Ls platform. lt-1 5th gen is very new but itll get some. Chevy and ford has done that since forever. Toyota tundra only did that in the last few years. but now they put a turbo 6 so it didnt last. they finally had a good v8 platform then threw it away.
My 2000 Camry runs like new, looks like it's almost new, and does everything it did when it was new. AND……..
It was assembled in Georgetown, Kentucky, USA USA USA!!!
Mexican built Hondas not the same either & had some issues like the HR-V & Civics made there.
Love my made in Japan Scion iM! Thing is 6 years old, still looks like a new car. Paid 12.5k with 35k miles in 2020. And come to think of it, you don't see many caravans or town and countries floating around anymore.
Scotty should my wife and I buy a 2022 Honda Accord LX or a 2022 Toyota Camry le? We're leaning toward the Camry due to no turbo and no CVT
Hey, Scotty. I’ve long since moved on from my 07 Saab 9-3 Aero and am currently back in the market for a new car (great timing, I know.) I’m looking for a compact sedan that gets good gas mileage for around $30,000. Currently, I have my eyes set on a 2022 Honda Civic Sport (2.0 liter) or a Mazda3. Between those two, which would you choose? Also, I live/work in the DC, Virginia, Maryland area if that helps any. Thank you!
Never buy a car made in the USA or Mexico
