I only put the spare in if going out of town. Just too many ways around having to have it. But free towing is only covered locally by my insurance.

it's ridiculous there charging more for the car and can't even have the audacity to give you a tire for just in case when there making millions selling cars to people who can barely affod to pay the monthly payment let alone afford the tow the tire the work to get it done just so they can make an extra buck by not giving you a spare tire it turns my stomach thank you for letting people who didn't know this the knowledge

So I test drove a Comaro SS and I decided to take a peak in the trunk and immediately saw there wasn't a spare tire in there and thinking "wth no spare tire?" I'd buy an extra tire and toss it in there anyway. If it don't come with one I'll make me carry one I've dealt with tire problems too much already to not roll around with no spare
