Oh yeah it's fun. but that can be the case for many professions. Tell a person they need a new septic because they failed to do routine maintenance. Or the 80 year old plumbing, wiring is shot.
Same with cars. Parts and pieces have life expectancies. When they come in for the first squeak you mention other parts are due for replacement. Your trying to rob them though and a few months later another squeak occurs and it's your fault.
Before you buy a car do a web search for common issues. Depending on make/model/year there may be issues with the head gaskets, transaxel or whatever at X number of miles or out of the factory.
Research can really help in determining if the car you are about to buy will develop problems and when.
Bitching about prices… they have options and can go to any shop they want. Again, research and shop around for price and costumer reviews, word of mouth. They don't research the cars or repair shops
yeah auto mechanics are such scammers, a year ago they replaced my windshield wiper and now my flux capacitor and blinker fluid reservoir are all messed up!!! dammit I need compensation!!! the customer is always right !!!!!
spot on
