This is actually true. My dad works in this business, two of my uncles do as well. They all own their own different shops and have to deal with so much bullshit from customers. I'm looking to maybe get into this as well.
I could not say it better myself. I'm not an owner but I do manage a shop here in Port Washington and it's no bullshit. Only the people in the auto industry who deals with the long hours and bullshit from people day in and day out can understand. No one else gets it.

Yeah it's not all flowers and roses but it takes big balls to do what you do and keep your composure. I just bought a 2006 C280 and I put aside money for it every year just in case something goes wrong. Now I do basic maintenance by myself but if I needed something major done I'd look for a guy like you.
