    hello, my friend has a dodge durango, and when i was driving it the brake pedal would intermittently get spongy and a grinding noise could be felt/heard through the pedal and in the cab. it only appears during hard braking, but im clueless as to waht it is. any ideas?

    Hello ,I have a big problem in my jeep. After running few miles some times the vehicle does not apply breaks even when I press the break paddle hard. So I have to peddle few times to get the paddle up to the normal position.Went to the mechanic. He pressures out the air and dot3 is filed. he says now OK. BUT HAVING DONE SO I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM.i CANNOT DRIVE MY VEHICLE NOW IT IS stopped FOR THE WHOLE OF LAST WEEK. Can some one answer me and help me with the mechanical tips. Great help.
