I HAVE A 2000 DODGE CARAVAN THAT TAPS REAL BAD UPON STARTING IT, THEN TAPS REALLY BAD IF DRIVING OVER 10 MPH, I BELIEVE I NEED OIL PAN GASKET AND WAS TOLD ONE PISTON PROBABLY NOT WORKING, CAN YOU SHOW ME THE FIX?

Mike, your 1a auto parts are good but your warehouse packing needs work , I ordered a water pump it wase 13 pounds alone ,thormost & gaskets but on first arrived the gaskets wore missing , your boxes need more tape on there seams to keep small parts from falling out .ALL is good now . Have told your staff by e-mail with photos of the second (replacement )box looked . Hope you fix this problem .
