The use of plastic is so bad these days I've seen factory OEM plastic parts painted silver to look like aluminum.
Smh"
With over population and greed we have cut our own throats.
Rust & Scotty never sleep.
Scotty u da man! Keep doing what you do
I wonder why racing hasn't gone to silicone tires.
Small "cartridge" oil filters piss me off. My BMW M-roady and Benz diesel both have cartridges, but they are big and the housings made of metal! My GF has a Prius [barf] with a tiny PLASTIC housing cartridge oil filter cap, which I clean off (obsessively) and replace the o-ring over the bumpy thread ridges… just use a regular spin-on!!!
Whenever I see a shot from the middle East or Africa on t.v. ..what are they driving most of the time out in the middle of nowhere…usually a Toyota pickup from 1980's or 90's..what does that tell you…I own a Toyota pickup 1991 so I know..?
Thanks Scotty!!! So many videos and so much I’ve learned for free thanks to you!
The way they built these cars are a lot like the Healthcare System
Do you have any knowledge about diesel truck engines? Specifically the Ford PowerStroke and the GM Duramax. I’ve been lookin at some and have been wondering about the reliability of the two different brands. I know the 7.3l is a good motor, but can’t find one that doesn’t have 400000 miles and the owner is asking 10k for it.
