Forced arbitration helps reduce frivolous lawsuits from money grubbing liars.
I mean "lawyers".
"Loser pays" attorney fee laws, someone who files a lawsuit and loses must pay the defending party for being wrong and caps on attorney fees should be legally mandated.
But no one talks about it anymore. The lawyers eventually become the lawmakers and judges and they don't want any of that.
So, forced arbitration helps reduce frequent and frivolous lawsuits from blood sucking lawyers and self righteous citizens who think they're owed more than they are.
