Good Evening Mr. Kilmer should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox 95k mileage for $13500?

I took my car in to get an oil change and have everything looked over, top fluids etc right before Thanksgiving. They told me I needed 2 new belts, a battery plus did the oil change and stuff. Charged me $469 and now I have belt that squeaks which never happened before and back brake squeaks when it has rained. I took the car back twice to have them fix the squeaking belt, it still squeaks. It’s embarrassing when that horrible squeaking happens, especially after spending almost $500. Any suggestions? Thanks
