My local lexus and toyota dealers won't change (drain and refill) my transmission fluid and it irritates me to no end. It's like they want your transmission to fail. They give me that crap about sealed transmission and lifetime fluid. They dont even understand what these mean. Morons are what they are. The Infiniti dealership has no issue at all with flushing the sealed transmission on my wife's FX.
For people who think Scotty is talking trash about ES models.. i have a 2012 es 350 that has 210k miles and the transmission shifts great and the engine so quiet i think the car is off… great car to drive..definitely get the 2012 es model.. it’s the best model series from 2008 to. 2012..
My goodness lexus are BORING looking cars ( other than the LFA)
This is the big reason why if there aren't maintenance records on a car I won't buy it. Aisin transmissions are about the best you can get for a street car but even they will fail on you if they aren't maintained. And a lot of people don't maintain jack.

Back in 2020, fell into some money. Was going to pay cash. Tried to buy a 2009 ES, but the Dealership refused to come down on the price. Very nice car though. A Cousin-In-Law…lol has a 2008 ES350 which he loves
