    If thats a windstar, those vans where crap, my dad had 2 and both died the same way the trans went out and he had to pay to rebuild them. All transmision shops had a bunch of them to the point they stoped taking them in because they couldnt give an honest warranty on them.

    After you did the grounding, you should've checked if you can control the intake runner, then you'll immediately see if that was the problem
