I actually just did the same job on my 2017 Grand Caravan today. Only has 83k miles on it and had the same symptoms as the T&C in the video. Very easy job to complete.

Mr O. Are thermostats necessary in warm climates?
I used nothing but oe manufacturer t-stats. To many comebacks with aftermarket stats
