Transmission fluid schedule 25k 50k 75k 100k
Transmissions are funny, changing transmission fluid can cause issues. And putting the old fluid back in fixed it.
thank you for the information. I have a 2001 GMC Yukon 1500 slt xl with 257000, someone said to put thicker oil on it and another mechanic said stick with what is recommended by the dealer so I did.
I have a 2005 Lincoln ls v8 I got a coupon to change the transmission fluid, it took the guys like 30 mins cause their was no drain I think, I went home and the manual said not to change the fluid 👁️👄👁️
I thought the best gas mileage was windows down until 45mph and then roll up windows and run the AC because that is the point that the drag coefficient exceeds the ac fuel consumption.
So annoying when they don't even give you the ability to CHECK the transmission fluid, as if NOTHING could ever go wrong!
I don't know if I'd say "stupid people." Maybe people who aren't really into cars… for some reason, changing transmission oil just doesn't get the air waves that changing motor oil does…
“Change your oil once a year at least” dumbest sentence I’ve ever heard 😂😂🤦🏽♂️
