“You can go 10,000 miles without an oil change, not 3,000.” …. “Lifetime trans oil is a lie.” … -_-
I know it's been awhile but are you still giving away the battery checker
We love you Scotty!

When Scotty was a child mechanic, he would rotate the wheels on his tricycle every other weekend!
Question about the oil part: what about like 10w-30 vs 5w-30? Or 5w-20 vs 5w-30? I understand I shouldn't put 0w-20 in a 20w-40 vehicle or the other way around but no one talks about the close oil viscosities.
I recently subscribed and am glad I did! Scotty makes great and interesting videos. I learn something new every time I tune in!
Well when a battery is run in high heat environment the charge lasts a significantly shorter amount of time than when running it at lower normal temps. So the analogy with the gas BTUs and the constant amount of energy no matter what temp the fuel is compared with a battery doesn’t make any sense
Love you good job
I dont agree on using 0w20 oil on japanese cars. Its their way of reducing carbon emissions for u.s. regulations, even official toyota and honda services outside of usa regularly uses 5w30 for better engine health (longer guarantee given to engine parts here, compared to usa). again many mechanics thats are doing regular maintance on 1 million km (around 700k miles) toyota cars (since they are brand new) regularly uses 5w30 as well.
