Why did I know it was the Porsche in the back at the start of the video that will be on this list?
Scout you do know the cars build in China and sell in China are different comparing to the cars sold to other market? Even manufactured in the same factory?
I agree with most of your conclusions but the Porsche is actually faster with the PDK automatic 7 speed transmission.
German cars in EE have insane resell value. Especially those with smaller engines i.e. below 2.0 TDI. I don't know however if they make same car for both markets. And most of people here drive cars with manual transmission, which is one less thing that could go wrong I guess. And usually, at least from my experiences over the years, car is as good as your mechanic. I never owned anything other than a german car, never had any issues – the highest repair cost I paid was around 1200€, but I replaced vacuum pump, master cylinder, oil, filters, front suspensions and few minor things. And that was at around 300.000 km last year (Audi A6 1.9TDI 131PS). Same thing goes for my 2010 Passat 1.6 TDI.
I think the bmw M5 is the best worst car to own lol
