    So my truck runs and shifts fine until I go from reverse to drive or if I don’t shut the truck off and go from park to drive I have no power until I shut the truck off and start it up again it’s like it reset and it’s fin again what could it be please help

    It's true though, it'll lastvthe lifetime of the transmission.
    Just like you can not eat for the rest of your life. You'd die, but that was the rest of your life
