He is right about additives. Yesterday right before I change the oil of Citröen I tried Liqui Moly for Hydro tappets. Drove my car about only 30km and it start to heat so fast my fan turned on. It never has turned on in 10°c before

I'm the same way, I don't like trusting people to work on my cars. So far that has turned out to the correct thing to do since 2 of my cars are approaching 300k miles and everything works.
There’s gotta a secret how the change the knock sensors between the valley. Lexus pulling a Nissan move. Changing the starter there for no reason now.
