They need to import more 1994 Celicas, and I'm not talking about alltrack, no just the regular version.
So micro cars have micro problems?
Here in Costa Rica Toyota has ruled for 50 years or more. No american cars can get close to it in bad roads. Parts are available anywhere but american cars is a different story.
10 years back the two door holden( GM ) commodore called the Monaro ,similar specs to the Maloo was being sold in the states as the Pontiac GTO I believe.
Hilux and coasters are good machines and are everywhere here in Australia, The early Coaster ran Land cruiser motors which all but a few in this country are diesel turbo..
What we don't have are Tundra ,Dodge Ram, Ford F series and the Chev trucks ,you can import them there are very few, we can't afford to keep pouring the gas into them at A $1:60 a litre depending on location. . A nice new 4×4 Hilux dual cab will cost somewhere in the range of 50 to 60 thousands and a top of the range landcriuser you can double that .Maybe we just can't afford them..
