Have you ever put liquid in a centrifuge? It doesn't shake at high speeds. Neither does slime. It spreads out evenly.
Kroil oil is the best product I have ever used on rusty bolts, nuts or other rusty parts. Better than PB Blaster or liquid wrench and way better than WD30.
