I don't think NISSAN is all that bad, apart from CVT – which are indeed junk – they are quite good, not the best, but certainly not the worst either. And if you think about it – the transmission is the weakest link for many companies… unless it is manual transmission of course.

i think kia are the worst i had the pleasure to work on a 2007 changed the timing belt water pump there belt mounts are from the 1980 what a pos then my daughter in law bought one against my advice motor blew up at 32.500 miles on it it took kia dealer 6 months to fix it goes without saying she sold it and got a used camry that because she listen to me.
So basically…don´t buy cars that you like the look of…depressing:-(
Just sold my 2007 Sebring with about 30k on it for $1500cdn. Glad to be rid of it. After this and my Jeep Patriot which also cost me a bundle, I"d never ever buy another Chrysler product. BTW, my father was an executive at Chrysler in the 60s, he became a professor and actually taught the former CEO of Fiat/Chrysler when he was there. Awful company.
