I got some grinding sounds coming from the brakes while braking. Possibly a rock stuff between the brake shoe and rotor?

I got a 1994 Nissan and while driving, I'm hearing hissing noise, sometimes is sound like coins in the front near my tires on the drivers side. I especially hear this sound when its bouncing off of barriers such as concrete passways or trees…what is that sound? Could it be the bearings?
