Go to drcolorchip(dot)com, their rock chip repair kits involve no sanding and doesn't take long to do.
Can you say, overkill? They may as well just respray the whole panel.
That only fixes very small chips.
Next step???

when you think about it thats really not that much work, it would take much longer and cost more (paint wise) to respray the whole panel

why damage the paint with 240grit sandpaper. i hope nobody will take this seriously and do that to their car.
