Two things that are a red flag to me anyway..
1)Remove contaminate with cleaner before grinding or sanding..otherwise you grind/sand it into the subsrate(steel)
2)Filler on raw steel? Shouldn't it be primed first I don't know ..That's what I have been taught ..not trying to be critical but ..just thinking about the optimal process for this type of applications.. 😉
and replace the lid.
Yes I agree cant even believe it. You are smart if you understand you need to eat right at your age to kill your belly.
And I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items.

If you want to do body work to your car DO NOT USE THIS METHOD!! It would be cheaper and more beneficial if you just bought a welder. If you do this it would just fall out in a year!
Talk about Flog and Bog !! 3M What were you thinking ??
Very well explained & illustrated – great video! Thx
Lead filling is 1000000 times better than this shit.
this would take longer than welding in a patch and it probably costs $100 for all that kit.
3M is mucho expensive!
