Great job. I learned a couple tricks from my good friend who use to do Automotive interiors. For door panels, you can get headliner material cause it has some cushion, and glue that to the back of the synthetic leather then glue them to the Hardboard. Also, you can put plastic drop cloth, cut to size as a vapor barrier to the inside door opening so the hardboard doesnβt turn to mush. As well as adding some Jute padding behind the hard board to help with insulation or use dynamat. For the βAβ pillars, try going to junkyard and getting them from some random car and test fit to the βRolla. Paint them or wrap them in suede. How to install Headliner without removing the windshield. Hereβs an idea, use the hard board, cut contour of roof, then to 3 to 4 panels and wrap them. To install them or hold them down, use heavy duty Velcro. Hope this helps out ! ππ
Flock the dash instead
You should hit up Sprayway customs for that dashboard – he is a master at rescuing them
You need a camera person.
use the black on the headliner too
Get a black hardware kit of amazon for like 15$, that way the door panel bolts would flow more.
Stick a bama flag on the headliner. Cotton flag polyester melts. Just a suggestion I know it dont match but does it have too?
For the headliner: find a cool thin blanket or sheet to re-cover it with
Reupholster the head liner with fabric and the super 90, see how that goes?
