If you are the person that does little maintenance on your car, the most important thing you should do is check and change your oil regularly.

LOL I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who uses the recycling barrel for a work bench. 😆
Sad to say but Scotty does not know that oil should be usually measured 10 mins after the engine is shut (in this engine case it says no less than 5 minutes). When you measure right after you shut the engine down, it will always look like there's not enough oil even if you filled the engine according to specifications. Too much oil is dangerous for various reasons, and you never know where the "safe" limit is for a particular engine.
Everytime we get heavy rain that causes flooding, the local news always says "Turn around, don't drown". You can tell how deep the flooded water is, so why risk it? Some people are stupid thinking they can drive through the water as they think it doesn't look to deep.
Take out all 6 …. i mean 3 …. spark plugs
