That $10 tool is a reamer if it hasn’t been said already! I use them in the electrical trade to ream conduits and other metal bits or plastics that have a burr!

The tool is a Deburring tool….When you bored the cylinder you should have chamfered the edges
Can you put links for the special tools (used on cylinder wall edge) you used on amazon maybe?
