Put yur breaker bar on the crank bolt and rest the other end on the frame rail and just bump the starter…
Thats how I've done it a dozen times, you just gotta know which way yur engine turns so you get the right side of the frame rail to use so it doesnt go upwards..
The starter motor has more then enuff power to crack that bolt loose…
