Just a small rip after my contractor friend tried to tell me how he has it so bad keeping up with his business. Then mentioned how easy mine is.

    I work in the manufacturing sector, we have building rental, machine tooling costs, high energy bills, certification costs for manufacturing for certain industries, maintenance costs etc etc and customers that don't wanna pay fuck all for the skill and experience it takes to produce quality components. You aren't the only one having a hard time mate. If its all bad then shut up shop and go do something else, don't cry like a little bitch about how hard your life is.

    I own a repair shop. Lot smaller then you got. I specialize on Audi’s. I hear you. The cars don’t hold value 20something year old kid buys a 11year old audi for 3k$ doesn’t understand when I hit him with an engine out job cost more then the car is worth. You still have to maintain a car that cost 43k$ 11years ago. You didn’t think about the cost of 2 turbos, all wheel drive, and yeah it’s supposed to take 93octane! They just want to drive the expensive car for the maint of a carolla

    I work in L.A….and I know what his problem is…both he and his customers seem to be NEW YORKERS!!

    He has a shitty attitude to be in this business…and New Yorkers have a shitty attitude already so I can imagine a Mercedes Benz driving New Yorker!! Lol

    We arent in the car fixing business we are in the PEOPLE BUSINESS and just happen to fix cars.

    If you cant explain to a customer or they wont understand that they are driving a Mercedez over 100,000 miles and that squeak is a NEW one and that at that age it will continue to get NEW squeaks…

    You should get outta the business…or find new customers.
