When the second and third row are down, you’ve got plenty of boot space – 2005L worth – or with just the third row stowed there’s 765L, which in my case translates to enough room for my particularly cumbersome pram, all the bags that come with owning a toddler, and the weekly shop. When the third row is up you’ve got 270L of space, which just about holds my pram if I do some clever configuring. Of the Kodiaq’s competitors, only the Sorento has a marginally bigger boot when the rear rows are down (2011L), but smaller when the third row is up (187L).
