Do I have to give way to a bus in Australia?

WA follows Road Traffic Rule 2000, section 59, which states that when travelling in the left lane or left line of traffic in a built-up area, you must give way to a public bus when the bus has stopped and is moving slowly or in a bus embayment, has its right indicator light operating, when the bus is entering or proceeding in the lane or line of traffic the driver is driving, or when it is displaying a give-way sign.
