Yeah, hes been treated badly, but every con that does what he does is, hes not unique, just hasn't got the smarts to play the game properly. Hes made prison worse for everyone else as everytime he does something the security gets beefed up and less privileges for all. Should he get out, i don't know as I've never met him to judge but i wouldn't like him as a neighbour. He seems to be incapable of dealing with things unless youre pandering to him, in the real world youve got to compromise sometimes and Charlie cant do that, at least thats how i see him. Try him in an open prison and see how that works, I'd bet he'd blow that too, and thats almost being out. I'd like to be wrong but he's still holding too much anger and resentment, they've not kept him for this long for nothing, thats a fact that people seem to ignore.
