A loan is not a gift Scotty. The naysayers always focus on failure. Private industry does not work in the best interest of the nation, they are for profit. Focus on accomplishments. Without the government of the people, by the people, and for the people promoting the general welfare as required by our Constitution, many things in America would not have been accomplished. Things like the transcontinental railroad, public education, rural electrification, rural telephones, the Interstate Highway System, airports, etc. Now the people's government is incentivizing and funding our move into 21st century tech bringing computer chip making back to the US, EV manufacture and support including recycling. Bottom line? Can't never could. The sour grapes and grievances are highly unbecoming.
