There are lots of ways to smooth out a dent. But in the case of our Chevy Caprice, we will be using a stud gun and a slide hammer to undo the damage.

Dang, I need that, Thang. I have some dents in my car around the door where people tried to break into my car.
My dad would have killed for that tool the days of screws and dent pullers are gone. be curious if it needed a hammer and dolly
Good job but being I do this daily you held the button way too long about half of that so you dont pull holes
I wonder if theres a special school these guys go to like auctioneer school to learn that cadence that everyone of them have.😂
Are those pins copper? What about differential metal corrosion?
This is what tool was used before they started making cars out of plastic.
We have used stud pin guns like that for installing high temperature refractory in oil process furnaces. The difference is the pins in refractory are monel or other high temperature alloy.
What’s stupid is the gun manufacturers designed the pins to be one time use. Should have made the pins so they could be used a couple time before needing a new one.
Cool, want to try this now 😅
Grind them off, make a bunch of heat, apply filler. Skip the middle man and start with filler. If it’s less than a 1/4”, you’re good to go!!
